Richard Randle brings over three decades of dedicated experience to the manufacturing software sector. His career foundation, built upon accounting principles and practices within manufacturing environments, provides a unique and invaluable perspective on the industry's operational needs.

Driven by a commitment to technical proficiency, Richard augmented his business acumen with formal programming education from Kalamazoo. This blend of financial and technical expertise led to a pivotal role in the internal IT department of a prominent West Midlands manufacturing firm, where he delivered software solutions to both internal and external clients.

In 1995, Richard leveraged his industry insight to execute a management buyout of the company's external software division, establishing a specialised software company focused on production management systems for the surface finishing industry. His solutions were instrumental in enabling clients to achieve critical industry accreditations, including ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP.

Following the successful sale of his company after 15 years, Richard joined another software provider specialising in precision engineering and surface treatments. Notably, he collaborated closely with AIRBUS (Filton) on a groundbreaking project involving the 3D printing of aerospace components from metal powders. His expertise was crucial in developing robust manufacturing and traceability solutions for this cutting-edge technology, particularly in managing the complex chemical analysis and blending of powder batches.

CTO and Co-Founder

James White is a highly accomplished technical leader and software architect with a track record of building award-winning digital products and high-performance development teams. With extensive experience in SaaS, web platforms, and scalable infrastructure, he has led global teams across Europe, Asia, and South America, delivering innovative solutions for major brands such as Xbox, Netflix, Airbus, and Tommy Hilfiger. His expertise spans full-stack development, cloud architecture, project management, and strategic leadership, ensuring the successful execution of complex software projects.

Throughout his career, James has held key leadership positions, including Technical Director at Superhero Cheesecake, where he led a team of 22 developers and played a crucial role in standardising processes, improving development quality, and achieving global recognition. In a previous role, he managed a 35-person team across multiple international locations, spearheading the development of SaaS solutions for the aerospace and manufacturing industries. With extensive experience in ERP and Production Control systems, having worked for various OEM providers as well as acting as a third-party integrator with other systems, James has gained key insights into market solutions, identifying where companies are being let down by existing providers.

James has been instrumental in the success of numerous high-profile projects, including Become Master Chief, an award-winning serverless architecture solution for Xbox; Gucci Burst, a cutting-edge 3D infinite runner game; and Niarra Travel, a custom-built travel platform integrating CMS and CRM technologies. He has deep proficiency in numerous technologies and cloud services.
